We’ve focussed more on the “wish list” and “favourites” pages by giving them a prime spot in the main navigation. Hopefully this will make it easier to find.</p> <p>We’ve also made it easier for newcomers. The “my home” page has been changed into a “welcome” page for new users. We have added some clear “to do” points which helps the user discover whats on offer and marks them off as you go.</p> <p>What would you do to make Tribesmart easier to use? This was caused by hackers who brought down their main control system.</p> <p>Unfortunately, this also meant that all of their clients (including us) had their servers taken down.</p> <p>Some people were lucky and had their servers restored and back online the next day. Some people (like us) were not so lucky and suffered complete data loss.</p> <p>This meant that we had to re-install our server from scratch and reload everything from our backups. This puts everything into one place making it easier to manage your products and lists.</p> <p>Also, the user profiles have been improved with additional tabs making it easier to access a user’s product finds and favourite items.</p> <p>Not only that, we’ve also just launched our brand new wish list feature. You can add products to your “wanted list” and share it with your friends.
